BACK TO SCHOOL

FAIRFIELD-SUISUN UNIFIED WELCOMES EVERYONE BACK

A New Year, A Shared Promise

Every August, districts across California face the same challenge: how do you welcome thousands of students, families, and staff back in a way that actually means something?

Fairfield-Suisun Unified got it right. Their back-to-school video led with what matters most: safety, belonging, and a genuine commitment to every student's growth. Teachers focused on cultivating a love of learning. Leaders celebrated the district's diversity and made clear that inclusion isn't a talking point, it's the plan.

The result is a video that feels less like an announcement and more like a promise.

TWO DAYS, ONE CAMPUS, A WHOLE LOT OF SCHOOL SPIRIT

TWO DAYS, ONE CAMPUS, A WHOLE LOT OF SCHOOL SPIRIT

Stauffer Middle School wanted a video that did more than showcase programs — they wanted students to feel that there's genuinely a place for everyone on campus.

Principal Allison Box worked closely with our team for weeks ahead of filming, and it showed. From pep rallies and marching band to robotics and culinary arts, the two-day shoot gave us the range to tell a full, honest story about what makes Stauffer special.

The result: a cinematic, high-energy film that captures the spirit, belonging, and community pride that define the school.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU HAND STUDENTS THE CAMERA?

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU HAND STUDENTS THE CAMERA?

For Bellflower USD's district overview video, we tried something different: hand the camera to the students and let them lead.

Filmed in a selfie style across three campuses over three days, the result is a video that feels immersive, authentic, and entirely student-centered. Huge credit to Public Information Officer Esmeralda Cisneros, whose preparation and on-campus coordination made it all possible
