This past April, Fenton Charter Public Schools did something simple and something powerful: they got everyone outside and moving together.
The turnout was incredible. Students, families, and community members of all ages showed up for a day that was just as much about connection as it was about the race. Local vendor booths, food trucks, and a foam cannon at the finish line made sure of that.
What our cameras captured wasn't just an event. It was a culture. Fenton has built something that pulls people in and keeps them together, and moments like this are proof.
At School Shine, these are exactly the stories we love telling.
